We do not allow returns, but do accept exchanges if tags are still attached for an item of equal value from the same vendor within 7 days of original purchase. Online purchases may be eligible for a store credit if garment is new, unworn, with tags attached.
*We reserve the right to review all items if/ and before store credit is given.
Return Conditions:
• Purchases must be returned within 7 days of “delivered” date.
• Items must be in perfect condition. ( No smells, stains, pet hair, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.)
•All Hats & Sale items are FINAL SALE. This includes reduce priced items.
•Damaged items must be reported to us with in TWO days of receiving your order. Fwd photos of damage to VintageVineyard2023@gmail.com

Please read our return policy before requesting return.
All return request may be made by contacting us through our “contact us” tab.Please allow 48 hours for us to respond, and be mindful if your item has been received for over 7 days, it will not be approved for an exchange
If Return is approved, carefully wrap item in original package if able and ship.
Customer is responsible for shipping/exchange fees
Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed and store credit to be approved. Once approved we will email you with your store credit information

We have officially made the switch to gift cards which are redeemable online. If you have a gift certificate, you can redeem those in store only. Gift certificates are paper and have no barcode.
